Bob W. Deason, DDS

Dr. Deason is a native of Jacksonville. He received his bachelors degree in biology and chemistry from Jacksonville University in 1970 and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Medical College of Virginia in 1974.

After graduation, he served as an officer in the Navy Dental Corps, completing a rotating residency in general dentistry. In 1976, he established his private practice here in Jacksonville and works in all areas of general dentistry.  He has completed programs in advanced dental training at the prestigious Pankey Institute and the Dawson Center.  He is a mentor for the Pankey Institute and teaches TMJ/Occlusion to graduate dental students at a local Dental School.   Dr. Deason has been selected to work with the American Dental Association in the "SUCCESS" program teaching dental students  management and clinical topics.  He was also awarded the ADA's CERP certification (Continuing Education Recognition Program) for teaching continuing education programs to dentists across the nation.

Dr. Deason is married, with two children, and enjoys golfing, and biking.
